How I Make General Tso,s Chicken

Ingredients:

- Sesame seeds (for embellish)


Directions:

1. Mix 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces and coat them completely.

2. In a wok or profound skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high intensity. When the oil is hot, fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until they become crispy and golden brown. Eliminate and put on a paper towel-lined plate.
