How Can we Make Rasgulla(Sweet) at Home

Ingredients:

- 1 liter of milk

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar

- 1 cup sugar

- 4 cups water

- A couple of saffron strands (discretionary)

Guidelines:

1. Heat up the milk in a weighty lined container. When it bubbles, add lemon juice or vinegar continuously to coagulate the milk. When the curds separate from the whey, switch off the intensity.

2. Strain the soured milk through a muslin fabric to isolate the whey. Wash the curds under chilly water to eliminate any hint of lemon juice or vinegar.

3. Drape the fabric for 1-2 hours to empty abundance water out of the curds.

4. After the curds have depleted, manipulate them delicately to make a smooth batter. Partition the batter into little balls and put away.

5. In a different pot, blend sugar and water, and heat it to the point of boiling. Add saffron strands and cardamom units for flavor whenever wanted.

6. Delicately drop the pre-arranged mixture balls into the bubbling sugar syrup. Cover and cook for around 20 minutes on medium intensity.

7. The Rasgullas will twofold in size while cooking. Whenever they are cooked, they will become springy and light.

8. Permit the Rasgullas to chill off prior to serving. You can refrigerate them for a couple of hours prior to serving, as they taste better when chilled.
